Mom's 50th birthday

These were the very first pages that I digiscrapped, and there is definitely a learning curve! I made these into an 8x8 book to give to her to remember our fun weekend. I may go back and touch up a few pages, but will generally leave them be :) They are not quite all in order, but you get the idea ;)

2008

Here are the LOs that I have made for 2008 (minus the pages from my mom's 50th birthday celebration-I'll post those separately since they were my very first pages) I have to say, digital scrapbooking is really helping me catch up!

Camden learning to ride a bike and playing on the wagon:

Courtney's visit:

Easter: A bit on the cheesy side, but I have to admit that scrapbooking holidays gets old-having to think of a new way of doing the pictures every year...

My mother's day:

Getting ready for our garden:

Kindergarten graduation: I still need to edit the picture, it's a bit blurry because it was taken indoors and from pretty far away...so we'll see what I can do in photoshop (this is the big downside to digi-scrapping-there is always something you could improve!)

The boys rockstar jammies: I was able to convert landscape pictures to horizontal, although they did end up rather large on the page...

Our first visit to the NC zoo:

I liked this way of scrapping the random pictures leading up to Christmas:

2006 & 2007

Welcome to my new blog! This one is just for my digital scrapbooking pages (and maybe pictures of paper ones as well.) that way, I can show pages from years past as I am always catching up!

I am almost done scrapping 2006 and 2007. most of the pages are traditional paper layouts, but I finished a few as digital scrapbook pages. Here are the ones I did:

This layout is jockey's ridge state park in the outer banks. The first picture at the top of the first page is actually 5 pictures stitched together in a landscape...not quite as impressive as I thought it would look, but then again, it is just a big sand dune!

These are some pictures from when my parents visited in February of 2007-that's the last time they've been out here! I have another layout of the snow that we got and of my dad and Camden making a snowman from it!

These pictures are from our Myrtle Beach trip. I found the fish bowl template and HAD to find some pictures to use with it! These were the only pool pictures I had-so then the other page had to be coordinated to match :)

And this layout is from Riley (oh yeah, and Scot and Becca's) visit. Since she is the first girl niece (and my only one) I was soooo excited to make a girly layout!!! However, I had to do it digital, because, well, I don't usually buy pink paper and girly accessories for my paper scrapbooking!

So, there are some layouts from 2006 and 2007. I will post the ones I have finished from 2008 soon, then 2009 and so on. After I'm caught up, I will just post them as I make them! Feel free to leave suggestions if something seems out of whack on a page!
